Grizz has called his music "hood- alternative", showing love and providing excellent representation of the inner cultural significance his body of work encompasses for many who resonate with him. The Los Angeles based musician , Kyd Barrett incorporates the spirit of rock n roll , indie influences and dark sultry electronic dance music to form a passionate , unrelenting body of work. Kyd brings a vibrant colorful ,classically trained ear to the mysterious , dark soundscape of modern alternative club music.
